Shipping
We use Australia Post to ship your purchases across Australia.
Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation from us when your order is shipped. Customers can expect to receive their goods within 3 – 10 business days.
If items purchased are sold out or unavailable on the day of purchase. When this happens, we will notify you within 48 hours to confirm when the product will be available.
Please keep in mind when ordering for a special occasion that sometimes our online stock levels aren’t 100% accurate, so please contact us directly to confirm that we will have the items you need by the required date.
Express postage is available at the customer’s request at an additional cost.
We also offer a click and collect service for people who wish to purchase online and then collect from our store at a later date. There is no cost to take advantage of this service, simply select ‘FREE pick up in-store’ at the checkout.
Returns
Change of mind
The item must be returned with original tags and packaging, in new condition within 10 days of receiving the goods.
If sizing is incorrect
The item must be returned with original tags and packaging, in new condition within 14 days of receiving the goods.
If the correct size is unavailable in your selected style and we are unable to order another one from our suppliers, we will contact you by email or telephone to discuss similar, alternative styles.
Return postage costs will be at the expense of the customer.
We have a no returns or exchange policy on sale items, so please ensure you make the correct size selection before purchasing.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are available to purchase in-store and online. They cannot be returned and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Gift Vouchers can be purchased in denominations between $20 – $500 online. Gift vouchers do not have an expiry date.
Physical voucher must be presented in-store to be redeemed.
Credit Notes
Credit Notes are issued in store and online are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Credit Notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers.
Special Orders
Our team can order in products that you want if we do not stock them in our store, however be sure that you know the style and size that you would like as we do not offer refunds for special orders.
